All participants are required to register through the HETI 2021 online registration system and advised to register in advance (by April 30 (Fri), 2021) to receive the early registration discount. Please carefully read the registration guidelines below.

*According to the policy of the HETI International, HETI Federation members can register up to 2 persons in a discounted rate, and Associate, Institute, Business members can register 1 person at a discounted rate. The exceeding number of people from members should register in general rate.
*If you are a HETI member and qualify for the HETI Member Rate, you will get a notification email from the HETI 2021 Secretariat. Please sign up on the HETI 2021 SEOUL website and wait for the notification email prior to proceeding with the registration payment.
*If you have a HETI 2021 SEOUL Discount Coupon distributed at the HETI 2018 Dublin Congress, please send a picture of the coupon to the HETI 2021 Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org). The secretariat will provide an individual payment link (20% discount off the general registration fee) to the sender.

Online Credit Card Payment
By selecting "Online Credit Card,” you can pay online with a secure e-commerce system. Internet Explorer is suggested for online payment. VISA, Mastercard and JCB are accepted by the HETI 2021 online system.
-Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
-Your Payment Status will be changed from ‘Waiting’ to ‘Complete’ within two weeks upon clearance of your payment.
-A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail.
-Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. Registrants can check their status on ‘My Page’ by logging onto the online registration system. You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.
-Please note that the receipt will be available for download after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
-Special software installation is required in order to print from the online system. Please note that the user’s computer may automatically block the viewer program in some cases. If an error page appears, please contact the Secretariat and we will send you the receipt by email
Invitation Letter for VISA Applicants
Printing the invitation letter from "My Page"
-Registrants who complete payment will be able to download the invitation letter from the online system.
-Please access 'My Page' with your registered ID and PW and click on ‘Invitation Letter’ to print it out.
-If an error page appears, please contact the secretariat and we will send you the letter by email.
Original Copy of the Invitation Letter
-Registration does not guarantee the applicant a visa.
-If you need an original invitation letter for a visa or any other reason, please email the secretariat with the request form.
-The original invitation letter will be available ONLY to those who have completed registration payment.
-For the international mailing service, USD 30 will be charged.
-If you are not sure whether you need an original invitation letter for visa issuance, please check with the Korean Embassy in your country.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Organizing Committee will refund registration fees according to the following policy.
-Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
-Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail.
-The congress will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancel their registration in the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
-Refunds will be made by bank transfer after the end of HETI 2021.
-All bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
-Please refer to the following cut-off dates for cancellation.
